QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Intertoll Turkey İşletme ve Bakım A.Ş. – İstanbul, 1915 Çanakkale Bridge and Motorway Project.

Intertoll is an independent toll and motorway infrastructure developer and operator, with its head office in Budapest, Hungary.

We are looking for a Human Resources Assistant who is going to take role in the Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Period of 1915 Çanakkale Bridge and Motorway Project at Lapseki-Çanakkale location. The aim of the position is to support personnel recruitment processes, conduct communication with candidates and to keep records of company personnel.

The main responsibilities are:

      Recruiting suitable personnel based on their education, training, skills and experience,

      Ensuring full personal development and training plans are in place and pro-actively managed for all new hires and existing staff

      Identify on-going training and development needs for both new and existing staff members

      Ensuring thatallstaffhavethenecessarycompetenceto perform their duties and providing on-going training of staff as per the training plans, in order to ensure adequate development of staff,

      Providing advice and recommendations to the Management team about training, pay administration and human resource services not provided in approved plans and/or budgets,

      Payroll,

      HR Policies setup and implementation and review

      Recruitment, interviewing, selection and employee record-keeping and inductions

      Training and development

      Managing employee concerns

      Performancing management

      Time and attendance administration,

      Taking all actions within the scope of the Service in an environmentally responsible manner,

      Maintaining a regular monthly review of training needs, and identifying how training needs can be met

      Naming staff to be trained,

      Ensuring staff appraisals are complete by relevant managers annually

      Ensuring the co-ordination and arranging details of training courses,

      Monitoring training courses

      Co-ordinating to ensure completion and update of records and training,

–      Reporting directly to CFO

–      Any other tasks as instructed by CFO

Expected qualifications:

–       Bachelor’s degree from related departments

–       5 years of experience in similar positions

–       Excellent command of Turkish and English both verbal and written

–       Proficiency in MS Office Applications

–       Strong organization, planning and communication skills

–       Flexible and open to new perspectives
