AgeSA is in search for “Digital Transformation & Innovative Solutions Leader” for Customer Management & Digital Transformation Group Management, Innovative Solutions & User Experience Department.

General Qualifications

  • Min. Bachelor’s Degree (graduated from Engineering and Business Administration)
  • Solid professional background in Marketing, Digitalization & Innovation topics with over 7 years of experience
  • Experience in digital asset management (Product Owner : MS Dynamics CRM platform experience  is a plus)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with Project management  and coordination experience (Certification is a plus)
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Result oriented, coordinated, strong business follow-up skills
  • Good command of English
  • Advanced MS Office skills

Job Definition

  • Owning AgeSA’s Digital Journey; coordinate & follow up alignment of the digital initiatives planning with strategy.
  • End to end backlog coordination and management as CRM platform owner,  actively taking part in all steps of development flow of all backlog items in roadmap, enabling coordination between business units and IT dept. 
  • Developing CRM platform sustainably in line with user needs with IT coordination, enabling efficiency and increasing penetration rates amongst distribution channels & performance tracking of CRM platform.
  • Coordination of Innovation Board activities regarding innovation topics aiming at enriching digital asset pool of the company with innovative plug & play solutions to accelerate AgeSA’s Digital Transformation journey via startups & technology compaines in enterpreneur ecosystem 
  • Managing the relations with start-up ecosystem and coordinating activites such as meet-ups, newsletters, sponsorships, etc. in line with AgeSA digital transformation strategy 
  • Tracking and managing “Digital Garage” social media and blog communications with corporate communications department and taking part in agency communications actively.
